TY. So same as 2020 model. Is that typical? I was under the impression the residual would be higher for a newer model year when its still early in it's release.

Not always, but think of it as a sort of "reverse incentive" to get the 2020 model, as dealers will be willing to cut the price more.

Need help. Just don't feel like this is a good deal based on what I'm seeing even throughout the 2020 life cycle in terms of discounts. I just keep getting "this is invoice where do you want me to go"

If we add the $925 acquisition fee to the sale price, I get the same payment.

The money factor bump is adding about $25/mo. to the payment.

5.8% off MSRP isn't surprising for a model that just arrived, and has no incentives. Though, I certainly wouldn't accept the marked up money factor.

Finally scored a decent deal in the Pittsburgh market and proceeded. It only took reaching out to nearly 7 different dealerships both in and outside of my market.
Just ordered a 2021 Misano Blue Z4 M40i to lease
Have 60 days to lock in the actual rates, (MF/Residual) from the car being shipped from Austria.
No incentives included in the sales price, as none are posted yet for 2021 models

MSRP $73,085
Dealer Selling Price =$65,585

Dealership worked up a quick quote, Payment with $845 at signing, is $845 a month
using .00099 MF, and a .59% residual (10k miles per year)

Obviously incentives/residuals/MF's can/will change so I'll need updated month to month.
Thanks to this thread for the extra ammunition. I'm not overly excited to get a RWD convertible right in the middle of snow season, but my 2019 RX350 lease, will be up for the challenge until the weather gets nice to throw the top down and not die on icy roadways.

Hi I'm trying to find out if leasing is attractive for a 2021 Z4 m40i in 07042 zipcode for a 36/10. Is there a way to know if there are better deals within say 100 miles? Is there a better value for a different lease duration if my intention were to purchase at the end of the lease? I think the current promotions end in November, is there a way to forecast what, if anything arrives in December or January before the switch?
