Is this a good lease deal? I am at the end of my current Acura lease and looking to get a new one. They are waiving my turn in fees as well. I feel lost in the negotiation process. Thanks in advance!

Let's walk through this.

1. There is a dealer incentive of $3125, so the "true" discount is $3156. Not bad, but....
2. There is $1200 worth of junk included, so the discount drops to just $2000
3. What are the "upfront charges"? Not the acquisition fee (that's already called out). DMV costs in CA are roughly 1.1% of MSRP (roughly $425). $85 doc fee. That doesn't add up to $800+; ask them to itemize those costs

I think you can get a better price (effectively, to offset the junk they've added, and then some). That, plus knowing what's in that $800, will help you, and us, figure things out...

You have a decent deal, mostly due to the $3000 loyalty.
If you didn't have loyalty, your payment would be about $90/mo higher, and the deal wouldn't look very good.

I'd shoot for another $1000 off.

I'd ask for that. The more transparency the dealer provides, the more we can help you.
