    If that is the "Drive Clean" rebate, I think the dealer applies it at lease inception. At least that is what others have reported for NY.

    Ill try and keep you all updated. I am going to insist on the MF @ 0.00111 and see if we and negotiate the price down to offset the 800 dealer doc fee.

    Taking a closer look I do one additional question-- Looking at the lease quote they packaged the all fees in with the first months payment then added this to the negotiated price to get the Gross Capitalized Cost(which =adjust) for the "zero drive off", is it correct that the first months payment should not be added on top of the already negotiated price and fees? I plan to discuss this with them as well now that I am seeing the break down.

    Also any idea where the $12.32 Sales Use Tax could be coming from when we do not have a cap cost reduction?

    Overall, I have done a lot of research (thanks to this site and others), but all that being from your expertise is this a good deal?

    If you want a true "sign and drive", then the first payment has to be added into the cap cost.

    Sales tax could be on a taxable fee. Simply ask the dealer for details on any numbers you don't understand.

    Hello!! Can you provide MF, RV, and incentives for '21 XC40 Recharge EV? Zip is 10591 looking for 36/10 and 39/10. Does the Federal and NYS EV credits count as cap cost reductions in the lease calculation?

    Either term

    Federal tax credits go to the bank; I think NYS incentives are rebated to you as a check, once the deal is closed.

    Actually, I think NYS dealers can apply the NY Drive Clean rebate to the CAP cost, at lease signing.
