Ask them for a screen shot of their lease worksheet - that should help reveal where the issues are.

I’m only given part of the info every time. Also after asking, they corrected their MF and sent new monthly numbers. $10 cheaper.

What is “DOA $500” that you mention?

With these numbers you provided, they are barely giving you a discount besides the incentives provided by Mazda. Usually you negotiate the MSRP without incentives.
