    I only know the $4000 due at sign included DMV and 1st month

    so my total lease payment is 4,000 + 35*560 = 23,600

    For a MSRP $61k Audi Q7 45 P+ , 7500miles / 36mo , is this consider a good deal?

    I wouldn't assume that's how the $4000 is used.

    First payment
    Dealer doc fee
    Bank fee
    Other gov't fees
