Got a MF estimate for a Rav4 in that forum and it was 0.00175 for an interest rate of about 4.5%.

Curious about any feedback from a completed lease deal this week.

CX5 Touring AWD. 36 months and 10K miles/year. MSRP 31450. $750 loyalty. Final cap cost 30,683. Down payment 2,300. Final monthly payment with all taxes and fees was $325.

A few of the lease calculators I tried suggested a more optimal monthly payment was closer to 295-300. However, have been reading about the microchip shortage potentially affecting Mazda soon and the expected supply shortages. Demand also seems to be quite high. Wasn't sure how that would affect a fair price.
