    $500 Chase-to-Toyota lease bonus. I was pleasantly surprised to see this on my deal, yesterday. I had not read nor heard about this. This was in addition to the $750 loyalty bonus.

    Another Tip - Shop around. On June 29, one dealer offered me a new lease and my payment would go up $45/month. On June 30, another dealer offered me a new lease for $10 less than my current payment.

    The 2nd dealer:
    * offered me more for my car.
    * discounted more off the MSRP
    * did not charge me $950 recondition fee (like 1st dealer)
    All totaled: a $2,500 difference in value to me.

    I'd like to share my deal in Atlanta with the group.

    2021 CX-5 GT FWD with premium package. MSRP 33,360
    Dealer discount $750
    Loyalty $750, Lease cash $720, Lease to Lease bonus $500
    Trade allowance (2018 GT with 19,000 miles) $24,600
    2018 payoff $18,400
    Doc, tax, acquisition, etc, total $1,995
    Under normal conditions I would never put down cash to reduce cap cost. However, that $6,200 in trade equity is "free money." So, I put it all toward the new lease.
    Residual 61%
    MF .00070
    My monthly payment for 36/10 is $244. That's actually $62/month LESS than my monthly for the 2018!

    New car was delivered and the trade picked up, at my home. I never had to set foot in the dealership .

    Having purchased ten vehicles since 2008 from this dealer, I knew that under normal conditions I could get a discount of about $2,200 off the MSRP. But the market right now is hardly normal.

    Thanks to the mods in this forum I went into this deal being fully informed.

    I sure do. As I said above, I would ordinarily NEVER use my money to reduce cap cost. In this case, however, I felt like the money wasn't "real" because it was never really in my pocket.

    Hi,
    Can I get MF and Residual for the CX5 Carbon edition FWD...36/12 for ZIP 33160?

    I saw online that they have $750 Mazda loyalty and $500 Lease to lease loyalty reward program.

    Can I apply those 2 together on a new lease if finishing my current lease in July.
