    The dealer has a program that tells them the amount of tax. If they've given you a tax amount, then I would assume it's correct.
    If you aren't using their calculated tax amount, then that would account for some of the discrepancy.

    I don't see the acquisition fee listed. That could account for the difference. Ask them for the Adjusted CAP Cost.

    If you add and subtract your amounts, up top, the result is $42,609.

    That's a little over $600 off of their adjusted CAP.
    (pretty close to the amount of the acquisition fee)

    With their adjusted CAP, their payment calculation seems correct.
