Which fees are you paying up front, and which are added into the selling price?

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost.

$44,680.59 is adjusted cap cost. There are fee buried that I'm trying to flesh out. Based on this can you tell what fees can be paid up front and what that payment would be vs what it would be if added to selling price?

With that adjusted CAP and the numbers provided, $585/mo.+tax

The questions you have about fees and where they are paid should be directed to the dealer that gave you the quote.

5.4% mf for a sedan. Theyre freakin nuts. Even their rdx has the same mf. Heck europeans and lexus have far less at around 2 to 3%. Like i said, theyre freakin nuts!

I get $546/mo with those numbers.

Either the MF or the Adjusted cap are different - confirm with the dealer once you get there.

Well I didn't mention to them the $500 dealer incentive you guys told me about. I figured I'd hit them with that there. Could that be it or is there still something wrong?

The $500 incentive will be part of any price the dealer offers you.

It's just math - confirm all the numbers used in their quote and ask questions until you are satisfied with the answers.
