There is no thread specifically for these questions.
1. I received an offer sheet stating there is a $695 acquisition fee, however, when I build the car on the Chevrolet website, there is nothing that states there is a $695 acquisition fee. On my build, there is a $995 destination charge, but nothing about the acquisition fee. Any input?
2. Is conquest cash taxable in New Jersey?

1. When you build the car, I'll guess you don't specify which type of financing you plan to use. The destination charge is on the factory sticker, the acquisition fee is mandatory if you decide to lease
2. Any customer incentive is taxable - lease cash, conquest or loyalty

It's probably a rebate, rather than a "discount". If that's the case, it's likely taxable.
