    Hello all, I have the following offer from a dealer for a 2021 F-150 XLT 4x4 Supercrew 3.5l V6 145 inch wheelbase. They wrote it on the sticker
    - 39 months
    - 10.5k miles/year
    - 63% residual
    - $2k dues at signing

    This includes a $500 rebate plus another $500 from the dealer to forego their documentation fee of $495. They also said APR of 4.9% was applied. Zip code is 33134.

    Just $1500 off of a $56K MSRP, and a marked up rate don't give me any happy feelings.

    I'm not in the market.. but, if I was, I wouldn't be happy with less than 3% off. I can't tell you how low you can go. Competitive shopping should reveal that.
