Does the RV varies by zip code? I am surprised to see a big difference in the RV for the 2021 e-tron (non-Sportback) P+ and 36/10K:

- Zip 94105: 52%
- Zip 20854: 59% (based on Michael's post on October 5th above)

I thought it's the MF that varies.

I thought it's the MF that varies.

You are reading the 24 month residual off his post above.

MF and residual do not vary by location. Only incentives may vary

Forgive my ignorance on this, but how are people using this data exactly? Are these numbers the absolute lowest a dealer can go? Is Lease Cash just the discounts that should be applied to the car per zip code?

I'm currently working with a dealer and they quoted me a higher MF.
