Hello, given that there are rather limited new 2021 Claritys on the ground, are the lease programs valid based on dealer state/region or lessee residence region? Eg: I live in VA (22193), but looking at leasing a clarity base on the 36/10 program in NJ (07940).

Actually, NJ has a special money factor

But, there is no incentive for VA. They could have a residency requirement. (which is why you aren't getting the NJ programs).

No point in a NJ dealer trying to lease a vehicle to you, if you don't qualify for those incentives

The only difference is that NC does not have the $8K of dealer cash.
