Confirm the MF and adjusted cap cost (it could be the "amount financed" on the worksheet).

I'd want an itemization of how they calculated the adjusted CAP. The numbers in the right hand column are for purchase only.

Also, find out what "$1000 down" actually means, in relation to a lease. Is it $1000 Due at Signing? Or, $1000 + 1st payment? Or, something else.
