Is there such thing as a special lease rate (Money Factor)? The dealer is telling me that the standard money factor for the 2021 HR-V EXL (zip 22202) is 0.00195 and that they are offering me a special MF of 0.00010 even though I got the .0001 MF from this forum. Thanks

The special money factor is available to everyone. It is "special", but they aren't doing you any favors by giving it to you.

It's .00010 (three zeroes). If they've noted .000010 (four zeroes), then it's a typo.
