Finalizing my lease on a EX FWD tomorrow. I couldn't get them to come off the MSRP by much and got a lot of pushback getting them to take off the dealer add-ons. There are so few EX's in my area that I had a hard time finding one.

Out the door price: $26,477.27
Cash down: $1,000 (acquisition fee, title, etc)
Monthly Payment: $283

I probably could have pushed more, but I think I did pretty well for my first lease! They initially gave me a MF of .0011 but thanks to the help I got here I knew I could get .0001 so I pushed back and got it.
