my dealer is quoting me a higher MF. Says that's what the factory is telling him. i have the specs right on the car, could packages, like a sunroof for example, change it?

Packages and options do not change the base numbers.

Two possible explanations:
1. Dealer is using a different bank - our numbers come from GM Financial
2. Dealer is marking up the MF for extra profit

Thanks for confirming that for me. It's number 2. These dealers are the worst. Taking advantage of their time in the sun for now I guess.
