    A dealer gave me the following numbers, I’m looking to see if this is good or not.

    2022 MDX TECH

    MSRP $55,125

    MF 0.00114

    10k 36months

    $3,000 cash down plus taking maybe a couple thousand off on top of the MSRP.

    Monthly payment was at $670.

    Zip is 08857. Thanks.

    54,625 was selling price after a small 500 dollar incentive they gave me for my job, then $3000 due at signing which was with all the taxes and fees, then first month payment. They did say they were taking a little extra off the car for me but I didn’t have the updated sheet, just the updated price of $670. It was originally at 714 when I walked in the door. With 3k down.

    I get $655/mo without factoring in the $3000 - not sure if any of that is going to cap reduction.

    I'd ask for that updated worksheet, so we can see all of their numbers.

    It is unlikely an Acura dealer would markup the MF. The selling price, dealer add-ons, and/or fees are likely higher than you are estimating.
