    Just got offered $724/month lease for 2022 MDX Tech package 36month/12k miles.

    MSRP $54,625
    Selling price $53,210
    Government fee $326
    Doc fee $303
    Dealer package $595
    Cap taxes $1,818
    Gross cap cost $56,218
    Adjusted cap cost $56, 218
    No money down but first payment with taxes and fees comes out to $1,353.

    Any idea if I am getting ripped off? Guessing the government fee and dealer package are negotiable but in today's market who knows. Anything else I should look out for or discuss regarding negotiations?

    No idea what a "Dealer package" might be. That looks like it might be the lease acquisition fee (not negotiable)

    The calculated payment is correct, given the lease parameters.
    All of those items add up to $56,252. Not sure why they have $56,218.
    Also, not sure why your Due at Signing would be $1353, if all of those items are in the Adjusted CAP cost?
    Seems like your DAS should be under $800.

    Other than those concerns.... if you want a lower payment, you'd need to negotiate a lower selling price. I don't see much leeway in the other charges.
