    22 Base $2k down $550/mo 36 mo 7,500 miles/year (overall includes taxes, fees etc)
    22 Tech $2k down $590/mo 36 mo 7,500 miles/year

    Not sure what I'm going to do yet...not much discounting of course due to supply issues

    Adjusted cap is the selling price, plus any taxes or fees you are not paying up front. The dealer should be able to provide that number.

    $6,000 downpayment

    Yes, $6,000 is in addition to trade equity. This is the first time I have received equity in a lease that I have fully paid off. They want the vehicle before the lease termination. MSRP is $58,945.

    $9600 (cash + equity) equates to $267/mo, so the all-in payment is over $700/mo

    Which is pretty high for a $60K SUV.

    That's the down side to the inflated prices - you get the benefit on the trade, but give it back on the numbers for the new car.

    I'd skip the cash down and take the higher payment. You'd lose that money (and the trade equity) if the car is stolen or totaled during the lease.
