We don't get our incentives from Cars Direct. And, no, it is not related to those two.

I've got the car, sharing it here. It was not a great deal, but still something I was ok with.
2022 Stinger GT1 AWD (1000$ options), MSRP 48k$. I've got the 0.00117 MF, the 1500$ incentive, an additional 1000$ from the dealer and 4000$ for my current lease where I had equity. Monthly payment 485$, MI taxes included.
My insurance also went down, compared to the 2019 Challenger.
(It's a great feeling to turn in your lease early AND get money for it

Dealers can markup the money factor, for extra profit. That's the main thing to watch out for.

Thanks, I am new to leasing. Pretty sure I understand how it works and all the numbers you provided. But I am a bit confused at the numbers I am getting on the Kia sight. If I go to the site and select a 2022 stinger and don't add/change anything it shows me a 36 month lease of of $398 per month. When i look at the numbers its 720 credit score, $2k down and 10k miles for $398. Also checked is the lease cash OF $1200, which I get will vary by location.

But no local dealer website or really anywhere else I have checked have I been able to get a lease payment anywhere near $398.. Even if I change the down payment to $2001 it skyrockets the payment to $550.

I guess my biggest question is, is it possible to get into a kia stinger with a lease payment below $450 with $2k or less, I'd prefer not to put any money down on a lease, down?

I can't tell you how the Kia calculator works, or how it generates it's results. The best way to find out what's possible is to get some offers from actual dealers.
