    I appreciate the information. The dealership is messing with me, telling me that the RV on 36/12 is .47. And saying that they add a 2% markup on the rate. That's not going to work. But thanks for your help.

    They absolutely can markup the MF.

    I have a Q5 on lease and they say I have $7,000 positive equity.
    So the equity plus lease cash should be give me a $890~ per month figure +/- some fees for registration etc

    That's what you need. FL dealers are famous for huge dealer/doc fees. Unless you know what they've added, and if they marked up the money factor, you can't check it.
