    .00133 is the buy rate.

    If the money factor is marked up, that's usually called the sell rate.

    Sorry for another question - does Hyundai not pass the $6587 federal tax credit to the costomer on a lease? I read that the buyer can’t claim the credit in their taxes on a lease because they aren’t listed as the actual owner of the car but sometimes manufacturers will take it off the lease. Every dealer I’ve talked to though said they don’t do that.

    No, the only incentive is the lease cash listed.
