    I have a 2 part question about leasing a Tucson PHEV that I hoped you could clear up

    A) Are manufacturers currently passing on the EV tax credit when leasing a tucson PHEV?

    B) Does the dealership have control over the tax credit being passed on to the consumer when leasing?
