45% is the base residual for 36/15 - they likely didn't do the adjustment for 12K (+2%)

Dealer cannot alter the residual; it is fixed by the bank.

I don't track pricing, but I'd certainly take the PHEV over the EV for $81/mo. less

If we quoted you 52% residual, why do you believe the residual dropped to 48.9%? Residual is always a full number of the MSRP.

Also, the $3750 of lease cash should be applied as a down payment, lowering the cap cost.

I don't think we are seeing the true picture of this quote - ask the dealer for a screen shot of their lease worksheet.

I agree Michaell, felt off. I will get the full lease worksheet and get back. I've asked a few times and they seem to be avoiding it but will see what I can find. Appreciate the assistance, first time doing all this so trying to get my head round it all.
