$330 lease cash is a customer incentive, applied like a down payment.

Thank you. Now where do you get these values from because doesn't it vary from dealer to dealer? I am on back order for one until October. I just want to make sure I'm prepared in October for any hidden fees or markups. Using the calculator, putting 3k down (incl fees) and the monthly payment comes out to $240/month.

The money factor and residual are supplied by Subaru Finance. Dealers cannot alter residuals. Money factors can be marked up, but the limit to the markup is .00050 above the base rate.

Of course, none of these numbers are likely to be accurate for October.

Im paying 9,044 for the 3 years i use the vehicle and I’m paying $245 interest at .00113( or would it be 705 from the MSRP? Is the interest off the total amount I’m paying or the vehicle msrp?), and $15 for title, 100 for registration, 210 doc fee

The finance portion of the lease is:
(CAP cost + residual) X MF = monthly finance charge
Monthly finance charge X term = total finance charge (this number should be around $2000 total)

Probably not - there are lots of hidden bonuses and incentives that the dealer may qualify for that affects the actual purchase price.
