    RV is national - it's 43% due to the term and mileage (60K over the lease term)

    Longer term leases rarely give a lower payment.

    Here is what the dealer is telling me my leasing payment should be..

    MSRP: $48,255
    MF: 00175 (I have A Tier credit so going for 0.0015)
    Down Payment: $2357.70
    Cap Cost: $53,753
    Residual: $26,798

    Monthly is $951.98 which seems way too high...

    Looks like they are marking this as residual at 55% instead of 57%

    It's for 36 months, 12k miles, 2,357.70 down...

    Thoughts?

    If your CAP cost is $5K over the MSRP, that's never going to be a good lease deal.

    Residuals are fixed by the bank. The dealer can't alter them.
    The residual you've posted doesn't match up with any whole percentage of the MSRP you've listed, in any event. One of those numbers (or both) is incorrect.
