I finally got my car lease at 0.00133 MF, RV 57% for 12k miles, 36 months and 2k dealer contribution. The dealer contribution is the only thing that seems a bit better considering the market scenario right now.

Thanks Michaell. I think I figured it out. Are you using the Gross Capitalized Cost for the "Selling Price Before Incentives"? I thought it would apply it automatically under the financing section of the calculator.

How would you rate this deal for my region.

I'm using the "Net Capitalized Cost" in my spreadsheet.

I don't rate deals - if you've shopped multiple dealers and this is the best offer you've gotten, you've answered your own question.

Did the math and I got total monthly payment of 566.03+tax. Dealer is telling me my monthly payment is going to be 610+tax. Why the difference? Are my numbers wrong?

I'll guess the dealer is marking up the MF - they can hike it as high as .00136 (and, they probably are).

Ask them to disclose the MF used in their quote.
