Getting ~$5K for the trade in
Total Due: $64,641

Monthly for 36/10 with no addition down is coming to $954

Was told that the residual for the 36/10 was 50% (+1% for the 36/7.5) for zip code 89117. Does that sound right? Didn’t get the MF
Not quite sure why the residuals in this area are so much lower than all the other ones i've seen quoted in this thread.

My dealer is saying he can only offer 0.00136 MF. This would be my 11th BMW and I always got the buy rate. He is saying they no longer can do that. But is offering $500 off MSRP + Loyalty discounts. Saying he is getting a lot of NY, FL, and TX people calling because dealers are selling above MSRP. I'm in Atlanta.

Are you guys getting the 0.00096MF with below MSRP deals on custom orders?

It's allowed under NJ law.

You'll be better off negotiating that amount off the sales price, rather than trying to remove the fee.
