FWIW, I was offered 6% off MSRP for incoming car or 7% off MSRP for an order. Found an incoming one that matched the spec we wanted so I purchased for 6% off and didn't explore leasing rates.

But, if you've shopped around and this is the best you can do, then I think you have your answer.

It looks like the MF is always consistent @0.00093 regardless of where you are in the country. If my dealer is stating that .00133 is mandated by BMW, could they be right about that or is it just a sales line? Thanks!

The latter - dealers can mark up the MF as much as .00040, and, at the moment, many of them are.

To the member saying 6%/ 7% off msrp, wow please share your location. Seems like I am barely able to get 3% off msrp on a build. I am however able to secure a 500 USAA and 500 loyalty incentive from my dealer. Thanks all.
