Ok, silly question, the Kia dealer can't seem to get this money factor from his system. Anyone run into this? I've showed them the calculator on Kia's site, which gets me a lower payment (assuming because of MF). They can't seem to get lower than .00182

When I’m doing the calculations on a lease at 12,000 miles a year on a 36 month lease it’s coming out at 432 a month after tax with 956 down. Seems expensive, am I doing something wrong? That’s with e $4543 as taxed incentives.

What is the selling price? If it's higher than the MSRP, then the lease deal won't be great, no matter what.

Yes, when you lease a car at full MSRP, the payments will suck, even with a big incentive. Your calculations seem pretty close
