May I please have the current January residual, MF, and incentives for a 2022 S90 B6 in 12601, 36/10k. Not sure if I should provide more information since I've never preordered a vehicle, which is required with this car in my area. If more information is required please let me know. 20' added, climate package and advanced camera, heads-up display, etc.

Thank you for this information. Seems for an S90 in the 60k range, even with 4000 down, its going to cost between 750 and 800 a month to lease. Crazy how I can get a S60 at 55k MSRP for 300+ less a month. Am I missing something?

No... sedans don't sell, but they have a bunch more S60s to move.. is my guess

Thank you. I appreciate you and all your time and have decided to buy out my S60 19' R-Design lease for 29.5k. Can't beat 300+ horsepower in a S60 with 15k miles. Have a great 2022.

Hi everyone, Sorry if this isnt acceptable here. I am trying to get an idea on if i am getting a good deal on a S90 2022 Inscription AWD here in NY zip 12524. The MSRP is 62,440 and the selling price offered is 57,000. Rebate of 500, then document fee of 175. Gross Cap COst listed is 57,995, with a trade allowance of 34000 on a lease that i have a buy out option for at 32.5k all taxes included, then then list cash cap reduction as 5500 (presume this is the amount I am going to put down on the car) and then cap cost reduction listed at 6973. Total Adjusted Cap Cost is 51k.. paid by customer 5500. The 36 month lease works out to 578. Too many numbers and the reduction numbers are confusing the heck out of me. Any help on if this make sense to move forward with would be greatly appreciated.

Using their MSRP and adjusted CAP

Do the numbers make sense? Hard to say without all the details, but let's try to match it up.

Selling price
+$995 acq.fee
= $57995 Gross CAP

$2200 tax (est)
$175 doc fee
$578 1st payment
$200 DMV (est)
= $3153 in upfront charges

$5500 customer cash
$500 rebate
= $6000 working cash
-$3153 upfront
= $2847 CAP reduction

$6973 listed CAP reduction
-$2847 from customer
= $4126 CAP reduction from elsewhere

You've said your payoff is $32,500 and they are allowing $34,000.
That's only $1500, and we are short $4126. $2626 in CAP reduction unaccounted for.

Is it possible that the payoff to the dealer is less than $32500?
Or, is $5500 from you only CAP reduction, and they expect you to pay some of the other fees or sales tax, or first payment Due at Signing?

$5440 off MSRP looks great, and the money factor isn't marked up.

But, find out exactly what is Due at Signing, and ask them what the payoff is on your current vehicle.
They are missing some numbers in this disclosure, and I'm guessing your trade equity covers more than you think.

It is possible that the lease buy out to them is lower since the number I put out there (32.5) includes all taxes and fees for the 19' to be mine. I think before taxes it was in the 29.5k range; which would, for the most part, make up for the missing 2500. Total down when I arrive to pick up the car, confirmed with their finance person just now, is 5500 down (no more)... 587 a month for 36 months with 10k a year. I did find out the buy out option at the end of my lease will be 34,966 plus a 350 buyout fee. Happy to know I'm getting a good deal if everything goes as according to plan when I go to pick it up/complete paperwork on-site.
