I don't know how they list it on the contract. But, it's all a security deposit. If you get the correct rate, that shouldn't matter.

Would you recommend 36 or 48 mos, given the numbers?

Also, I'm currently leasing a 2019 GLC300 AWD that I'll be turning in well under the allowed miles (mileage is 21K and the lease was for 33K miles). Is there a source you'd recommend to get the current value of the SUV to compare it with the RV to see if there's equity in the car we can put towards the new lease?

36 months is probably the sweet spot.

How often does the MF change and when/where are they usually posted? A dealer is being very vague and kind of influencing me into a purchase right away with the caveat that MF can change anytime!

They are updated monthly, and they aren't posted anywhere. That's why you have to come to us.
