Hi I ordered my Wrangler 4xe in November. As you know the dealership will not commit to MF/residual.. My 4xe is delivered to dealership and they hiked up the MF to 0.00316 and I have tier one credit (860). So now I am basically screwed. I am assuming they did this because I got a great price. So I am selling it at auction and ordering new one. Im hoping the next dealer sticks with the current rate of 0.00113 or base price. Anyway...So dealerships can just make up their own MF???

Depends on the bank.

For Chrysler Captial, the max markup allowed is .00042.

Can't speak to Ally or US Bank programs, however.

We are using capital. Honestly I think it was so shady.. Stay away from Koons in Virginia hiking the MF up to 0.00316 with top tier credit...

10K/yr is always 1% higher residual than 12K/yr.
But, you should figure out what mileage allowance you need.
