$125/mo approx for finance charges, assuming they don't markup the rate.
Also, acquisition fee, dealer doc fee, etc.

Ask for the actual adjusted CAP cost, to see how it corresponds to your number.

Appreciate your help. I’m leasing a Jeep from Maryland and I reside in Oregon, where there is no sales tax. I’ve been advised by finance that CCAP requires to add .00032 to the base MF for tax exempt leases. I’ve never encountered this on any of my leases. Are they misunderstanding this clause on the Ccap sheet (attached)
