Are others getting prices under MSRP? I have found Dealer at MSRP but not sure how much under is realistic on CX30 Turbo in today's market. I did "purchase" my wife a 2022 Outback Touring at invoice 3 weeks ago, so it still happens once in a blue; after a world tour of dealers and different brands. We of course had to wait 3 months for it to arrive as well

Also, is "Conquest" incentive offered on CX30? TIA

I do not see a Turbo Premium Plus trim for the CX-5.

That doesn't look like an offer, but an advertisement.

That said, if I take the selling price, subtract the $1227 cap reduction and add the $650 acquisition fee, and using the MF and residual provided above, I get $410/mo, including the 11% sales tax on the payment.

My guess is that the dealer is marking up the MF, or the adjusted cap cost is different than what I'm calculating.

You'll have to ask them about that.
