Just checking if something is off on this lease...Yes the MF is 00246 as my wife had some hiccups last year with credit during covid.
Not sure the residual is correct ? Last month for Turbo it was 10k/36 @ 58%.
I just emailed dealer and said new residual per forum is 60 % this month. Thoughts ?

Higher RV to go with higher MF.

Total MSRP: $ 37,690....I'm getting payment 20.00 less (720.00 over lease) if I go with this months 60 % Residual Value for 2022 Turbo 10k/36 months in zipcode 01863

Does the MF affect the residual ? I get the MF increase as my wifes credit is off.....Just don't want to sign if 2% off on RV.

The dealer cannot adjust the RV - it's fixed by the bank.

And yes, a higher RV will result in a lower payment, all else being equal.

When we switched our forums software some years back, the prices paid threads sort of died out due to apathy.

It's not the wrong thread, it's just that folks aren't posting what they are paying.

Just seen @gene00 ask the question about pricing.....
I just paid in Northeast MA for 2022 Mazda CX5 Turbo 3% off sticker. Around $1250 off. I had $1600.00 off at another dealer in NH but that one wasn't coming in till mid April. Just didn't want to wait and that one had some accessories that I always buy OEM on my own at much bigger savings.

I emailed about 10 dealers in MA + NH and some wanted sticker or over. I'm lucky as we have a lot of dealerships up north to bounce around pricing.

Hope this helps someone.
