    2022 CX5 Preferred Package Lease deal 36/10
    RV and MF are all correct as mentioned in above comments, they're offering me this:

    $0 down - $505.80/month
    $1K down - $475.24/month
    $6K down - $322.38/month

    however, lease calculator on Edmunds gives me different (lower) numbers, is there something I'm missing or should ask for?

    Ask them what MF they are using for these quotes; it's possible they are marking it up.

    Also, you need to get the adjusted cap cost; extra fees and such will also inflate the payment.
