    I finally found a decent deal for a 4xE 30th Anniversary Edition, however the dealership is informing me that the buy rate through CCAP is .00231 for a 24/10. Everything I have seen in previous posts indicate it should be .00189 in 40509. Can you please confirm? I will be leasing from a different state (45324), could it be different in their area? Thank you!

    CCAP allows dealers to markup the rate by .00042 for extra profit. I'll let you do the math on that one.
