    How are the rebates for PHEV calculated in a lease? Is the $7500 subtracted from the MSRP as a cap cost reduction? Are there any income or vehicle price limits to get the rebate?

    BTW, Jeep.com is now showing a lease-payment based on 24 months on the 4xe models (with the exemption of Summit/Summit Reserve). Is that now better than 39?
