I know there is a $7500 fed rebate, another $4000 Mid-Atlantic CARB rebate, $1000 lease cash as well. However, there is some debate over a $2000 loyalty rebate as well. It seems in the NE region, the 30th Anniversary has no loyalty but in the Mid-Atlantic region, there is a $2000 loyalty/returning lessee rebate.

Can you confirm? Thanks?

Good morning - I am trying to negotiate a 36/12 lease for a 4xe Overland in 11570. Can you please provide the MF, residual and incentives for this lease?

Dealer is quoting .00207 MF which seems to be the SFS rate, I see .00169 on another site as the CCAP rate. They also quote 52% residual, but on another site I see the SFS residual as 54% (with 52% being the CCAP residual).

They also quote $14K in incentives. On the Jeep website I see $12,500 in incentives ($7500 PHEV, $3000 Northeast BC CARB State Regional Bonus Cash and $2000 Northeast BC Lease Bonus Cash). There is also the $1000 private offer from the Jeep site which the dealer says is factored in, but then I don't know where they get the extra $500.

I worked this up for NY 11580 Jeep GC 4xe Base 10K 24 mo

I’m just confused about how much is due at signing based on this calculation? My NY taxes are calculating to around $900+ which I feel is understated. If my taxes are built in the calc that means they’re rolled in. So when I propose this worksheet to the dealer, this is essentially a sign and drive?

You'll have tax on the rebates, plus a tax on the sum of the payments. NYS taxes are either paid upfront, or rolled into the CAP cost. I calculate around $2400 for sales tax.

I can't tell from this screenshot how the taxes are accounted for. They don't appear to be in the payment.

I’m missing the rebates so let’s say 11,500 x .08625 = $991

Then the total lease payments $457.8 x 24 payments = $10,989 x .08625 = $947

Total tax $1,938

How are you getting $2,400?
