    No guess on where rates are going. Historically, the week between XMAS and NYE is a good week to buy a car, but that doesn't mean the lease rates will be favorable

    No guess on where rates are going. Historically, the week between XMAS and NYE is a good week to buy a car, but that doesn't mean the lease rates will be favorable

    Hello, my dealer just quoted me a 76% RV and a .00259 MF on a 23mo/12k per year deal for a Grand Cherokee 4xe base. Does that seem correct (zip code 63304)? MF seems a little high, but I’m wondering about the RV too. For what it’s worth, he quoted an RV of 57% for 36mo/12k. Also, $12,250 in rebates/discounts if I sell my current car to them.

    Ask them what bank they are using - we only have the programs from Chrysler Capital.

    Are you sure the $12,250 is an incentive? Sounds to me like it might be the equity realized from the trade in.

I asked them about the 12,250 and they said as long as I sell my car to them I would get that amount off (it’s basically an extra $3750 off MSRP after federal tax and Black Friday rebates). They have no idea what my trade is and I told them I wouldn’t be applying the trade equity. This sheet says only thing due at signing would be the first payment.
