I have an additional question that you may or my not know. I just went and worked up the deal last night on a 2023 GC 2 row Limited 4x2. I did 39/10 through Crysler Cap. I made sure they gave me the money factor you quoted of .00168 - Do you know if the numbers you have would be on the sign and drive program where they waive the 1st months payment? The adjusted cap cost I come up with vs there's is off by ~$1500 so I'm trying to figure out why there's a difference there. I did some reading and on the sign and drive they don't actually add the first payment back in they inflate the money factor a tad. Basically what I'm asking is the 59% residual and MF of .00168 including the first payment being waived/sign and drive? Attached a picture of the lease screen they gave me. Their Adj cap cost is $54,934.85 and what I come up when I calculate is $$53,441.81

I did find this statement:

In order to waive first payment, increase money factor for 24 months by 0.00063; for 25 to 48 months, increase money factor by 0.00029

I think that answers your question.
