    Can I please get the most recent MF and residual for the Kia K5 GT Line FWD
    Both 36/15 and 36/12.

    I spoke with a finance manager at the local dealer today and mentioned the .00243/.00244 MF and 60/61% numbers that I’ve seen on the recent post here. He said the numbers are “way off” and the MF was “closer to a number starting with 3”.

    I’m trying to use a lease calculator but the dealer is quoting almost $150 dollar more per month. Any recommendations. Thank you.

    Yes, all of Florida have the same incentive

    It is a factory to customer incentive, applied like a down payment.

    Hi. We were interested in Kia’s current K5 LXS lease special of $279/mo. 24 months and 10,000 miles. Offer shown based on $3,635 due at lease signing plus tax, title and fees.

    The dealer in PA (19475) is quoting $279-289 per month with $5,241 down. Their fees are $612. What am I missing?

    Ask them for a breakdown of the $5241 ... they may not be offering the "dealer contribution" (aka discount from MSRP), or they may be marking up the MF for extra profit on the back end.
