It is a Kia to lessee incentive. They can't "keep" it.

Yes, this is the base rate for Tier 1. It's the lowest you can get.

I recently got this terms sheet at kia alhambra for a k5 fwd and had some questions. The residual was put at .61 but another dealer told me that it should have been .65? Additionally, the guy who gave me this deal said I would only pay 4k down total but then there is this drive off charge there. I have a feeling he put that there so I couldnt send it to other people to get a better deal?

Also, .00229 is the correct MF

The drive-off includes the $1150 rebate: $4000 from you, $1150 from rebate = $5150 drive-off

My biggest issue with the deal: The sale price is $4XX higher than the MSRP. Either they've added a lot of useless accessories/warranties, or you are just getting a bad price. It's a sedan with an $1150 rebate. There should be a dealer discount, in addition.

Otherwise, the deal sheet looks fine.

The numbers they've quoted you (MF, residual and incentive) are for an AWD model

The MSRP is $29750. Your sale price (top number in the left column) is almost $500 higher than the sticker price. Negotiate a better sale price.
