    Minimal Down Breakdown: $2960.89 is
    Sales tax on the $5500 rebate: $599.40

    We see $6250 of rebates.

    The part of your message that I put in BOLD print doesn't match the payment you list, just above it?

    Also, assuming the adjusted CAP cost is $51669 minus $5500 rebate ($46,169), the payment should be $597+tax, not $612+tax.

    The money factor is marked up. At least to from .00187 to .00227 (and maybe more, given the payment calculation).

    Some thoughts..

    1) The discounted selling price looks good.
    2) You seem to be missing a $750 rebate (would save about $25/mo)
    3) The money factor markup at .00227 adds about $30/mo.
    4) In any case, the payment calculation (pick one) is higher than it should be, even with the MF markup.

    Usually a fixed amount per mile is deducted from the calculated residual. We don't have the data for Audi.
