    I have the above quote from a local dealer. Something seems off with the payment. We have about $3k in equity, but the payment seems high. Anything obvious I’m missing or are there things I should ask about?

    I agree with the calculations - some of the cash and equity are going to the first payment and up front fees, and roughly $2000 is applied as cap reduction.

    Got it! Our current CX5 Grand Touring is $369 with tax, the turbo seems to be a huge jump with the money down + equity.

    So it doesn’t look like there is a way to get to the $450 range unless they lost money on the deal at this point?

    They're applying $500 for loyalty and $500 for a trade in program. I got an email for a pull ahead program, but they're not stackable, apparently.
