    Hi there,

    this forum helped me a lot to lease my first car 3 years ago. Now my lease is up in 2 month and I am looking into Mazda CX 5.

    May I please get the RV/MF/Incentives for zip code: 34110. Current Mazda lease holder.

    2023 Mazda CX-5 S Preferred (36/12K)
    2023 Mazda CX-5 Carbon edition (36/12K)
    2023 Mazda CX-5 S Premium (36/12K)

    One more question, if I buy my current lease from the bank (owner/ jpm chase) I have to pay $15.500 plus tax (as it is in my lease contract).
    I was at Carmax today and they checked with the bank (owner/ jpm chase) what their payoff would be for my car... it was over $1.500 less. Is this normal? They appraised my car with $21.500. And after the payoff, that they would do, they would hand me a check for about $7.000.
    Can this be legit? That they pay less off than my residual (in my contract) was 3 years ago?

    No, it doesn't make sense that a 3rd party dealer would get a payoff under your current payoff. Rather than look at the contract, I'd call Chase myself, to get a quote on the payoff.

    Quick question for the mods. When we ask for RV and MF for a particular car is it for the zipcode of the owner's residence or the dealership where the car will be acquired?

    I can get much better deals crossing the state line so obviously the dealer has a different zipcode to my residential address.
