    Could I please get the updated RV and MF for all of the 2023 Nissan Frontier 4x4 trims at 18/10, 49067

    Am I allowed to ask for that many? Sorry, I just had a deal fall through because the updated 4x4 Pro4x crew cab RV went down and the MF went up. So I'm trying to sorta through all the 4x4 models and find a better RV/MF combo.

    Hi. My leasehackr calculator is showing me that the current (04/05/2023, 6:11pm Eastern Time) RV/MF for a 2023 Frontier Pro4x 4x4 Crew Cab in 49067 are 93%/.00291. Are these accurate? Yesterday it showed me that the MF was .00376 and now it's showing .00291 for sure. I double and triple checked the trim and model.

    Hmmm, that's very unfortunate. My calculator is showing me .00291 pre-MSDs. then it's showing me .00201 after MSDs. It has the updated RV at 93% from the NMAC changes yesterday, and I saw it as .00376 yesterday. I'm assuming this is just a glitch? I'm new to this whole lease hacking scene though. When NMAC releases new numbers, is it just one change for the month then it stays the same until the next numbers drop? Or are there fluctuations throughout the month?

    Can't help you with the accuracy of the LH calculator; perhaps you can reach out to them and ask.

    Usually, just one change for the month, then stable until they expire.

    I'm now looking at a Sv crew cab 4x4 in 53202, instead of the pro-4x.

If you actually do 12k miles a year and just pay the 15 cents per mile overage, it is $450 dollars at the end of the lease vs. $51 x 18 months = $918. Also, there is a 98% chance if you go back to the dealer to get a new lease, they will waive the $450 overage charge. So either way it makes total sense to stick with the 10k miles even if you know your going to do 12k miles.

    Only Nissan has a 2% drop from 10K to 12K/yr. Your math is correct in this case, and of course it's more advantageous at shorter terms. Once you hit 36 months and/or any other make (with 1% drop), then it rarely works out.
