The Due at Delivery column numbers on the right side don't add up.

Using the base MF, I get $528/mo+tax.

That said, I don't see NYS sales taxes in the equation. Are EVs taxed in NY?

I don't see the money factor disclosed anywhere. I'll guess they are marking it up.
Also, I see a big "discount", but I don't see it broken down between dealer discount and rebates from Mercedes.
